Smile is a members-only stoner club operating quietly in Trinidad and Tobago.
Not everyone will be accepted. We move with discretion, structure, and respect.

⚖️ Is Smile legal in Trinidad and Tobago?
Smile operates as a private adult club centered on awareness, education, and safer consumption practices. We do not promote misuse, reckless behavior, or public disturbance.
Participation is voluntary, discreet, and intended for responsible adults only.
🛒 How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add to cart, and checkout.
📲 An agent will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm your order.
Orders placed late may be confirmed the following day.
⚠️ A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory.
No WhatsApp = no order.
💳 Payment Options
Online Banking
• Preferred payment method
• Payment instructions sent by agent
• Orders processed after confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Available to approved customers
• Must be ready with exact amount
• COD is a privilege, not a right
⚠️ COD Abuse Policy
You will be permanently banned from using COD and restricted to online banking if you:
• Cancel last minute
• Fail to collect your order
• Waste driver time
• Repeatedly reschedule
• Abuse the COD option in any way
Serious abuse may result in a full Smile ban.

🇹🇹 Trinidad
• Main / urban areas: within 3 days
• Rural areas: up to 5 days (order in advance)
🏝 Tobago
• 5–7 days
Delivery Fees:
• Main areas: $55 TT
• Rural areas: $70 TT
• Tobago: $100 TT
📦 All packages are:
• Discreet
• Non-smell
• Non–see-through
• No logos or cannabis-related wording
Looks like a regular courier package.
📍 Pickups Available
We offer pickups in Chaguanas only.
• Pickup details and location will be sent via WhatsApp order confirmation
• Pickup time must be respected
• Same communication rules apply as delivery
Failure to show up or communicate properly = ban or COD removal.
📅 Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes. You may choose a delivery day within one week.
If no day is selected, delivery will be auto-scheduled.

❌ No public holidays
If a wrong location is sent or you cannot collect, delivery is rescheduled for the next available day.
📦 Do you reserve or hold items?
No. We do not hold or reserve stock.
However, pre-orders are allowed by speaking directly with an agent and completing payment via online banking.
🌍 Why does stock sell out fast?
All products and heights are imported into Trinidad. We only bring in top-tier quality, not mass-market supply.
Because of this:
• Stock is very limited
• Drops sell out fast
• Items are usually replaced, not restocked
If you see something you want, order it.
🕒 What time does delivery happen?
There is no fixed delivery time. Routes vary daily.
📱 Your phone must be on and reachable.
🔐 Privacy & Driver Policy
For everyone’s safety:
• Drivers do not know package contents
• Drivers only receive your location + number
• Drivers are not allowed to discuss orders
• All order details remain between Smile and the customer
Full discretion from start to finish.
🚫 PERMANENT BAN POLICY
Smile is a high-trust, members-only club.
You will be permanently banned for:
• Fake names
• Fake or incorrect addresses
• No WhatsApp number
• Ordering and not responding
• Last-minute cancellations
• Excessive rescheduling
• Disrespecting agents or drivers
• Heckling, rushing, or pressuring staff
• Inappropriate questions or statements
• Excessive time-wasting
• Sharing private Smile information publicly
No warnings. No appeals.
🛑 AGENT COMMUNICATION RULES (VERY IMPORTANT)
Our agents are not street vendors. How you communicate determines whether you remain a member.
Failure to follow these rules results in order cancellation and permanent ban.
How to Communicate Properly
• Be respectful and direct
• Reply in a timely manner
• Follow instructions exactly as given
• Keep messages clear and concise
🚫 Zero Tolerance
You will be banned for:
• Delayed or inconsistent replies
• Ignoring agent instructions
• Excessive messaging or repeated calling
• Rushing, cursing, or aggressive tone
• Excessive or unnecessary talk
• Changing locations without advance notice
• Sending multiple pins or addresses last minute
• Any suspicious or unserious behavior
This is a structured, discreet operation, not a street exchange.
