A: Urban areas (main zones) – Delivery is usually completed the next day after your order, but we list it as within 48 hours in case of any driver delays.
Rural areas – Delivery takes approximately 3–5 days.
Tobago – Delivery takes approximately 5–7 days.

A: There is no set delivery time, as routes vary daily. Deliveries are done throughout the day, so please ensure your cell phone is active and reachable if you’ve placed an order.
Q: What if I can’t collect my package when the driver arrives?
A: No stress — you can speak directly with the driver to reroute or reschedule your delivery for another day that works better for you.
Privacy & Driver Communication Policy
For your privacy and safety, drivers are not allowed to discuss or ask about package contents under any circumstance.They are only given your delivery location and contact number for directions.
All order and customer information is known only by Smile and the customer — never shared with drivers or third parties.
Packages are securely and privately packed, ensuring full discretion from order to delivery.
Order & Payment Policy
If a customer fails to answer or collect their delivery within 48 hours, and the issue was not caused by Smile, that customer will be blacklisted from using Cash on Delivery (COD).Future orders will require bank transfer payment before processing.
If an order is placed and then cancelled immediately after it’s sent out, the customer will also be restricted from COD and must pay by transfer for all future purchases.
These measures help protect our drivers’ time and keep delivery operations smooth for everyone.
Q: Do you offer pickups?
A: Yes! Pickups are free and done only at our set location in Felicity, Chaguanas.Pickup hours: 10 AM – 6 PM daily.Please note that we do not meet up anywhere else — all pickups must be collected at the specified point.
